Our Position on Racism

Business can’t operate with racism, humanity can’t survive with racism. We do NOT tolerate racism as as matter of fact these are the actions we take in our agency to help support a fair and just environment:

1. We talk to everyone, no matter their believes, political affiliation, race, socio-economic status, language, gender, or gender preference.
2. We actively volunteer at the Loppet Foundation in order to facilitate their mission as vision to bring outdoor activities to our neighbors and friends in North Minneapolis.
3. We donate funds to the Black Barbers Coallition of Minnesota
4. We actively participate and donate funds to the Hispanic Societies and NGOs in Minnesota
